Learn about me…

Hi! My name is Erin and I am so excited to tell you a bit about myself! I am from the capital city of Springfield, Illinois, and grew up reading, watching historical war movies with my dad, and traveling all over America. I have been to 37 states and 6 countries! I love movies, sporadic day trips, antique stores, and obscure long-form YouTube documentaries.

My approach to design has been shaped by a lifetime of learning from others. Traveling, collaborating across disciplines, and having conversations with people from all walks of life have expanded my perspective and deepened my understanding. Years of education and countless hours spent in museums have taught me to value context, history, and curiosity. I’m grateful for every experience as my design abilities are a direct reflection of the people and moments that have influenced me.

Education: I received two bachelors degrees from The Ohio State University in 2025. One being a Bachelors of Science in Design for my Industrial Design major with a research distinction. My other being a Bachelors of Arts for Communication Technology. I also had a theatre minor, and graduated magna cum laude.
